Over the years, Motor City Limited has pioneered numerous innovations in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as the wider Caribbean.
Some of our notable firsts include:
1975: Introduced window films (tint) to Trinidad and Tobago
1977: Pioneered hand-cut vinyl adhesives for signs and stickers
1980: Launched PVC boards as a cost-effective sign substrate
1983: First to introduce digital cutting plotters
1986: Started small format colour printing for signs and labels
1988: Expanded our range with diverse sign-making materials
1990: Introduced wide-format solvent digital printing
1993: Launched large-format eco-solvent printing
2000: Began wide-format UV printing
2025: We imported the world’s widest and fastest digital UV ink printer, featuring 24 heads and capable of printing up to 20 feet wide by 250 feet in length without any joining.
Since then, we have consistently kept pace with the latest advancements in digital printing, signage and window film technology.
We operate seven high-capacity wide-format printers capable of printing up to 10 feet wide, including one 16-foot-wide printer and a state-of-the-art 20-foot-wide printer, along with four dye-sublimation fabric machines.
